Australia has to have some of the best and most accessable fishing in the world.

Since moving here from NZ I have found the hunting allot less available but the flip side is that there are huge opportunities for exiting and productive land based fishing for large ocean predators.

Spanish Mackeral, Longtail Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Queenfish, Striped Tuna, Travelly, Kingfish and so on.. If you are interested in casting metal lures and hard bodies at these types of fish, you have come to the right spot so read on.

This fish was caught with a Daiwa Emblam Pro 9'6" Rod, Daiwa Emblam Pro 5500 reel, 30lb Tuf-Line XP Braid, 60lb leader and 85gr Raider lure fitted with a single hook.
